Config de Crimson editor pour Gibiane

# Pour la syntaxe :
- Ajouter extension.dgibi dans le répertoire link de Crimson Editor

- ajouter gibi.key et gibi.spc dans le répertoire spec de Crimson Editor

# Les options
- General :
  - Tab size : 2
  - Convert tabs to spaces befor saving
  - Word wrap indentation : 2
  - Use fixed word wrap : 72
  - 2nd column marker : 72
  
 - Files :
  - Association : ajouter GIBI Files : *.dgibi

- Tools :
  - user tools : ajouter
    Menu text : Execute Castem
